New conference on the future of customer loyalty
“Loyalty will be a crucial tool for retailers and brands trying to retain their customers”

Technology is enabling so many new initiatives. Customer loyalty has moved right back up to the top of the boardroom agenda.

An impressive roster of speakers is being gathered for the eagerly awaited Loyalty Surgery, to be held at the Tower of London on June 20th.

Travelling from South Africa, India, Dubai and many other markets, these customer loyalty experts will be explaining why and how new life is being breathed into a 20-year-old concept.

‘Must attend event for anyone who has customers – and wants to keep them’
There is no doubt that retailers and other businesses are facing massive challenges in keeping hold of their customers but there is plenty that can be done to turn this round – and much that a loyalty programme can do to keep customers engaged.

Changing customer behaviour, the challenges of new technologies, competition from online giants including Amazon, regulation, including GDPR – these are all challenges that will be addressed in a
pro-active workshop atmosphere, designed to send delegates home with answers, ideas and the incentive to move their business on.

Speakers announced so far:

Uma Talreja, Chief Digital Officer, Raymond, India,
Pieter Twine, general manager MySchool, Woolworths, South Africa
Stuart Evans, talking about blockchain, and the Loyyal loyalty programme in Dubai
Agency i2C on Sainsbury’s, FMCG loyalty and other groundbreaking initiatives
Jonas Sylvest – CBDO & Partner, Hjaltelin Stahl, The Netherlands (check)
